August 25, 2022
The world seems bleak and we're constantly being bombarded with messages of despair from politicians, news media, and the entertainment that's saturating our lives.
But all that negativity only reflects a tiny fraction of reality, and what you choose to focus our attention on can have a profound affect on how you interact with other people and experience life. The philosophy you bring to the world guides your actions and your perspective.
So on this, second-to-last, episode of Out of Frame, we're making the case for optimism.
