Timothy Terrell is an associate professor of economics at Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC, where he has taught since 2000, and is on the editorial staff of the Quarterly Journal of Austrian Economics. He is also a a senior fellow with the Cornwall Alliance for the Stewardship of Creation and a policy advisor for the Heartland Institute. Dr. Terrell obtained his Ph.D. in economics from Auburn University (1998). Research interests include environmental regulation and the economics of medical care.
